Not satisfied!!!Please train your staff Archana on basic things i had oil head massage today after tough day at home ! She literally scratched my head the whole time with zero techniques on head massage ! Later I requested other staff to continue the massage as my scalp is itching because of her scratching ! I warned her to remove nails to perform any services in salon! I request management to train staff on head massages also to value our money and time! Thankyou for other lady for closing smoothly :)

I was blown away by the service I received! My haircut and waxing , and the stylist was so nice and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and relaxing, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be back

I had the worst experience with waxing this time , i got contusion due to their waxing , they repeatedly waxed on the same spot . At first they didnt even accept their mistake and tried to push the fault on to me , that my skin is sensitive , ive done waxing many times before but this is the first time my skin got damaged . They shared work between people , one leg was done by archana her work was fine but the other person caused contusion on my leg . Carelessness at its peak is deeksha , everyone is so baselessly proud . Isn't costumer service a thing , they didnt even stretch skin while pulling the wax strip .

I'm very much satisfied with these guys Archana, Kumari, Sirisha. You did an amazing job with Haircuts, Manicure and Eyebrows. Great start of my New Year with Deeksha.
