I had a very bad experience with this salon,I had booked their service for hair and makeup and had paid the advance also which is half of the booking amount,but due to some emergency and personal loss I had to cancel the booking and when I asked for the refund they keep on saying one to two days and it's been four days since I asked them and still I have not received my refund Very bad and unprofessional customer service and the reason they said is it is start of the month and they have to pay their salaries to their staff itseems and cannot do the payment and again told one week more they need time How can they withhold a customers amount by giving all such excuses Never trust these guys by giving advance payment

Edit: I was a regular at pink n bloos, and the staff and service were exceptional. After not going there for over 6 months, I went there and found completely different staff. The new lady was so rude and dismissive. She made me sit for an hour only to deny service because I only went in to thread eyebrows. She was dismissive when I went there another time, after which I switched my salon to one with better service. Until the service returns to its previous level and the staff is well-mannered, I do not recommend this salon, unless you are willing to put up with extremely distasteful treatment.

Hi everyone I had a very worst experience in pinks n blooms no proper products the products which they used for my keratin treatment are worst i had dandruff patches on my scalp and doctor told me is all because of my keratin products so please be aware of the treatment and products they are using please And they haven't got proper staff Even while iam having the keratin treatment i had eye irritation and redness till next day worst products and worst experience And finally they done nothing .My hair started to roll again the keratin treatment lasted for only one day .

Mahender did my haircut & hairstyling, I loved it. He was polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely go back to him again. Although little bit disappointed with the service as someone coming and interrupting him when he is the customers.
