VLCC - Wellness Center | Hair | Acne & Pigmentation Treatment In Hanamkonda

I have recently visited the place to get my nails and hair done. I wouldnt recommend going here for nails. Its only been 3 days since i got them done and they started chipping already. The technician has done a poor job. The hair stylist was good but if you are going for nails please dont. This is how it looks like after a week. I have gotten my nails done plenty of time. Not once did the polish start chipping. If you want to charge the price that you are charging, you also need to hire competent people to get the job done. It was a simple job, no art, just gel polish with some glitter without any extensions. Looking at them just gets me so pissed. Never coming back.

Disappointing Experience with Discontinued Service After Payment I signed up for a treatment package at VLCC Hanamkonda and made the payment in advance. However, after a few sessions, I was informed that the treatment would no longer be continued due to a change in management. This came as a shock, especially since I had already paid for the full treatment. I find it highly unprofessional to discontinue a service after taking payment, without offering any alternative solution or compensation. I expected VLCC, as a reputable brand, to honor the services agreed upon at the time of payment. I hope the management takes responsibility and either resumes my treatment or processes a full refund. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would urge others to be cautious before making any payments

Extremely disappointed, Am a customer from 2yrs taken many services . I paid for 4 services , almost they are lagging the services and the present management they are not giving any services and they are trying to drop down the service. How come Vlcc do this to the customers, do they think people are mad or what . The present management I don't know some lady over there here name is zareena , she don't even have any knowledge regarding services or cost and she is trying to bluff the customers . Money is money for everyone, should not do like this with the customers. Because we trusted Vlcc so much .Am also asking the owner number but the ppl and staff are not giving .. I wanted to take a legal action on Vlcc and wanted to prove their fake business. I'll go and take a legal action with all the payments and the cards am holding .
