Petals Beauty Parlour

I went to this parlor one week back for hair coloring and they applied black henna which is a dangerous substance. I got severe reaction and visited the doctor for 3 to 4 times. I am under steroid medication which is very dangerous and has several side effects. When I asked for an explanatiom they are claiming my skin is very sensitive and their product is good which they are purchasing from a local dealer. The product they used does not have an expiry date. On top of it the owner is threating me to come to police station to end the matter. I felt that's a technique to hide the truth from all the customer. I have even surveyed different parlors where they never ever use black henna for hair. Now I have a question... why is this parlor using a dangerous product on customers without even conducting patch test ? My trauma is inexplainable.

I am going to this parlour since 1year it was very nice and the staff was very trained, but yesterday i went to have my eyebrows done.. There is some new staff and she donno anything it was lot hell pain for me when she is doing my eyebrows.. And i got swelling immediately and later rashes on my eyebrows i even told her it was lot paining but she is not a trained girl. I even told her to pluck eyebrows from roots but she dint listen and she donno any thing expect plucking it on ends... Its been one day still there are rashes and swelling on my eyebrow area.. Dont hire when they are worst at doing service.. Hate it worst and worst experience. From noe i wont even look back into this parlour.

The spa is very good and service is excellent.The prices also fair.They use all natural products made with fruits and vegetables.I am going from past 1yr to this parlour.It is too good than naturals and laurel parlour.The price also too reasonable.
