22 March 2025 - I went for waxing and eyebrows at 7:50 PM. Before reaching there, I had given a call asking if anyone is available and they confirmed yes. I said I will be there in 5mins as I live in the same society. After exact 5mins I get a call asking to come soon as the lady has to go by 8:00PM. I responded if that's the case, I will come tomorrow as I live in the same society and don't want to get any service done in a hurry. The person replied that's fine and I can come. The eyebrows were done fine, but the lady burnt my underarms with extremely hot wax and the pain was so bad I ended up crying infront of her. She said sorry and said she thought the wax must have cooled down. After about 5mins when I went to pay the amount, the lady has bag on her shoulder ready to run home. She quickly told the service taken to the person who was billing and left. I was completely shocked as such a big thing happened inside about the severe burn and she quietly walked away without telling the manager/main person of the salon. I asked the person did she tell what happened inside and that I cried ? To which he replied no she dint say anything and I had to explain the unfortunate situation to the man incharge. This is really sad and I regret putting myself in this situation. She burnt a customer's sensitive area because she was in a hurry overall, she got two calls backtoback during the service too. I had clearly mentioned I will come tomorrow if the concerned person has to go home, but I was invited and left with a burn. Please do not accept appointments If your staff is in a hurry. It's 2 hours post the incident and I'm still in pain. Edit- It's March 23rd morning and I have got boils, I couldn't sleep well through the night. The lady should have had some presence of mind. Made my time so difficult unnecessary. This is ridiculous. Your staff needs re-training and specially how to handle difficult situations and not just quitely put on your bag and run away from the salon without informing even your boss. Don't go here for waxing please.

I recently visited the salon in MDT the saloon was clean and neat and staff is also friendly to us haircut and beard trim and d tan my service are service is very good

I visit this place on regular basis,staffs are very good and professional,I take the services like facial, waxing and threading from Sanketna,she is very experienced and dedicated to her service .The entire experience of visiting Agarta saloon is always satisfying .

I took a rebonding treatment from Vinay ji today. I had an excellent experience. He was super patient; given my oily scalp, fizzy-dense hair & dry texture; it was time consuming & yet he didn't charge me overtly. The post treatment outcome is brilliant. The assisting staff: Sankirtana was also really gentle & courteous. Between the sessions she asked me for water multiple times. I get my kid's haircut also done here & they gently tend to them. I would highly recommend this Salon.

Very good service and very professional approach. Been going to Agrata in MDT for many years and the level of commitment and expertise has only gotten better with time. Jyothi, Vinay, and others are extremely friendly and pleasant and the entire experience of visiting this salon is always satisfying.
