After 12 years, I've decided to never visit this place again. Wasted an entire day at this place. The manicure service was the worst I've ever experienced--comparable to someone completely inexperienced. Even after requesting it to be redone, it looked exactly the same. Note: it was redone twice. Attached are the photos taken after it was redone twice. As for my haircut and hair color, I spent an exhausting 7 hours because they had to redo the everything. I had specifically requested no blonde and chose a brown shade, but they still went ahead with blonde. This mistake added an extra 3 hours to the process, causing me to miss an important event. In the end, I still didn't get the desired result--there's still blonde at the crown. While I have no complaints about the staff's attitude--they were cooperative and kind--they really need to improve their skills and attention to detail. When customers are paying a premium for services, professionalism and expertise should be a given.

My friend has suggested me this salon and the service was very satisfying and wonderful , all the workers are really friendly and sweet . Loved it

I have been coming to the saloon since five years. service done by Geeta is too notch and the makeup done by her for my wedding and engagement is top class. I will always visit this place.

Radha's sister, Sunita is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for years. I love how she pays attention to what kind of haircut I want and does exactly the same. I go for my eyebrows only to her. I do not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. The prices are quite reasonable too. The entire staff is very humble and polite. If you are in Secunderabad, you should definitely check it out.

Worst service. Never experienced this before from Radha Parlour in the last 8-10 years. No patience by the lady who attended my daughter. She has ruined my daughter's hair by cutting very shortly. Did not even bother to listen what we were telling. My daughter was teased by her college mates for the cut. Applied hot wax on my daughter's legs causing discomfort. Cream used for pedicure had hair in it. Never expected Radha's to go so bad. Probably won't be going back again.

If there were an option of rating it zero, I would have done it without hesitation. I used to go to Radha's since my childhood. But recently I went in for waxing and a hair cut. At first the lady was doing it good, but after some time she really lost her patience and started making faces. She also asked someone else to continue my waxing but that other person was busy. She started complaining that I was sweating and she waxed my legs angrily. I told her that it hurt but still she continued to wax without consideration. Then I told her I had to wax my arms and armpits too. But she made a very long face after looking at my armpit. This made me very angry and I told her to stop. Then we sat to cut my hair. My hair is very curly and it was tangled. She started pulling my hair very badly, I also had to yell at her. She started complaining something in her native language and continued. She didn't even bother to comb my hair, wherever she found it tangled,she chopped it and made it so small. Now my ponytail doesn't even cross my neck. This is making me believe that Radha's is loosing its standard.

Radhas Beauty Parlour is located in Krishna puri Colony after West Maredpally Police station, Secunderabad. The ambience is good and the place is neat and clean. They consits ofnearly 6 to 7 staff and they professional and friendly. Few of them arent good as they speak in their native language so if we dont understamd if they are talking something bad about us. They have all the kinds of beauty products available. They provide services like golden facial, diamond facial, clean up, silver facial, waxing, taning cleaning up, pedicure, manicure, different kinds of hair cuts, streaks for hair etc., The prices are reasonable as well. They accept both cash and debit card and credit cards, but an extra amount will be charged if its card. This place is suggestive but expensive also.

I am using their services for almost 20 years. It's very homely feel at Radha's. The girls are polite and friendly except one or two whom one can always avoid.
