Let me explain you in detail the bad experience we had with the owner of this shop. 1) First we asked to take two blouses for maggam work only if should could deliver them in by 27 April, as we need time to stitch and we are travelling home town on 29th April. She said with confidence that she will be able to deliver them by 27th April. So we gave her blouse and paid advance of 1000 rs. Next day she called me and said she won't be able to deliver the blouses on 27th. How can she change like this after taking advance money. Isn't this called cheating????? 2) We talked on the price and agreed two blouses for 6700 rs. We paid advance 1000 rs initially and next day she said she wants 500 rs more. She is saying that she didn't see the blouse clearly. She says she is an expert in this field. She also claims she delivers blouses to US. If she is an expert how can she not notice the work needed. After paying advance money, how can she ask for 500 rs more. There should be some honesty whiled doing business. Money isn't everything. There should be some level of honesty. After paying advance, she said she wants 500 rs more for the same blouse and same work. Isn't this called cheating????? 3) Look at the reference red bouse we showed her. We asked her to do the same work on our blouse. She said with confidence that the blouse will be same. The work she did is ok, the design looks good but it is not as heavy as the blouse we showed her as reference. There is a lot of empty space in the design and it looks dull compared to the reference blouse we have her. This is only the first blouse we gave her. Regarding the second blouse also she did light work on the hands. She claims that she did heavy work on neck in the second blouse. I agree it is good but other places it is not as good as the reference blouse we showed her. 4) Initially we said we will pay the full amount only if the work is done exactly as the reference blouses. When she gave the blouses after maggam work, they are clearly not as good as the reference ones we showed. So we asked her to reduce atleast 200 rs as there is a lack of quality we expected. She was very rude and asked us to leave the shop by paying full money immediately. I know it is the shop closing time but isn't she the one who asked for 500 rs more for no reason???? If she asks for more money then I have the right to ask for discount of 200 rs for the lack of quality work. How can she behave like this when she talked very nicely until we paid advance. 5) You might be surprised to see why she has very good rating. Let me explain you. She asked my wife to open her youtube channel and as soon as my wife opened her youtube channel. She subscribed to it. Now you can imagine how she gets the reviews also. 6) She is saying that online price of the blouse if 4999 and she did it only for 3700. Online prices are there just for reference and not the actual price in the market. There are many people who do good work with less than 3700 and deliver quality work. She also asks for more money after the initial agreement and paying advance. She should learn to respect customers and realize that their money doesn't grow on trees.
