I felt so good in previous services i have given a good feedback also last time but this time I felt like changing the review due to today's issue happened in this place Not a recommended place any more, I have been there several times it was nice but not now. I had very bad experience with the reception last time. The UPI is not working they and they are don't have the swiping one also they are asking to enter my card details in there tablet. If it is used for wrong way who will be responsible for that if any where the card details used for some other stuff, She is not at all showing hospitality Note:-And they are charging extra amount for card payment Is they are not paying the tax or else which way should we think.

I've been to this place a few times, and while the service and reception were good in previous months, it has significantly decreased recently. There's one staff member who is excellent, but that doesn't make up for the overall decline in service. Regarding payment, the UPI option wasn't working, which is problematic since many of us no longer carry physical wallets. I asked to pay by card, but was informed there would be an additional 2% charge, which felt unfair. To make matters worse, I had to enter my card details manually on a tablet instead of using a secure card-swiping machine. If there are mandatory fees or different payment processes, they should clearly inform customers beforehand or post this information somewhere visible. Given all these issues, I can't recommend this place anymore.

Been a customer for years recently from a few months the staff is not the same they keep changing everytime. And the new employees are not good at it. They took 17 percent gst which is fine if the services are good. You're basically a scapegoat for the new employees to learn on. Do not recommend going her First of all watch the way you speak to your customers. As you guys can see the staff's rude Here. I clearly said taking 17 percent gst is fine if the service is good and you clearly didn't read that properly?? My mom goes here her name is swathi she gets henna and sometimes waxing. I'd be happy to share all of the invoices. My mom has already complained to you 5 times till now about the employees not doing it properly. You didn't do Anything. My sister and me came to this place for the first time, the package are too good and the service is worthy,thank you soo sreeya..

Very genuine.......and people are very sweet......the receptionist is very nice and pakeging also nice........and they main thing....there is fitness center and there is zoomba class free free only 3 days bt the experience is another level sooo plz ahead guys......I'm very much interested to suggest it..........
