There are two beauticians who stole my money from my purse while doing facia...be careful guys...when i asked them .. i had 3500 in my purse . They said we dont kmow. Also always theee is male receptionist... so inconvenient

Iam a regular customer in this salon. Very happy with their service. When they provide discount service, obviously there will be more customers attracted to it but at that time the service might be quick and not as expected. So I mostly avoid going there when there is discount time and will only prefer at normal time, that's why I have reduced that one star.

Am a regular visitor at Glitters Lingampalli br since the last couple of years... never had any reason to complain. Staff are very courteous and professional too. There are various beauty services provided which are quite pocket friendly & if you go for a membership card you get a discount of 20 % on all services except eyebrows I think. I recommend this parlour to my acquaintances without any hesitation. Today I had a unique experience which I felt I had to relate..I removed my gold bangles for waxing of hands & forgot to put them back. I received a call from the staff upon reaching home, informing me about the bangles. They were concerned that I should not panic and drive fast. I am supremely grateful and thankful to them for their concern and care for the customer and his belongings. Needless to say....my offer of some money for a treat was also politely refused.

The customer care they provide and the quality of the services especially cleanup and waxing are commendable. Employees are highly skilled and no looking back. All the employees carry smile and are with positive attitude all the time but i have my favorite person by name Vinni she is very customer centric and very professional that makes me visit the saloon again and again. Price to the Quality I can vouch it is the best saloon in Nallagandla and cosmetic related services are at par with the best saloons in and aroundGachibowli. Thank sBindu

One of the most pathetic experience firstly no hygiene factor is taken into consideration they use same towel for facial for different people. Unwashed knife for waxing and same disposable cloth is used again n again for different customers highly unproffessional staff I really doubt on they being trained or not they don't know how to do pedicure and facial although waxing is fine. They will trap u in their membership scheme giving various attractive offers and once u take the membership worth 300 they will say they never said any scheme it's just u will get 20 percent off on certain services. Anyways the service they offer is not upto the mark and the hygiene factor is utmost which they don seem to take care of. Charged heavily for useless service
