Absolutely bad service and high cost, i went for face massage and I thnk it lasts for just 15 mnts and they charged 389 rs. Half of the time that guy was talking to other staff. Very disappointed, not recommended

The service is all good. But one thing I would strictly suggest the staff and the manager to look into it is to ask the customer before the service is done, whether they wanted to go for basic medium or premium range of service. This happened with me twice. Without prior information they have given premium things and when it's billing time they just directly add those in the bill. Ok, I understand even you people might have targets. But this is not the way you deal with it. So, make sure it doesn't repeat again.

Meenakshi cut my bangs an inch to my hairline! Inexperienced and ill mannered staff... doesn't know basic techniques. And has the audacity to shout on people after making mistakes. Worst salon experience ever! Wouldn't go again even if they paid me. This Meenakshi woman ... raised on me because I got upset over my botched hair(toddlers do a better job). Then she goes on to say had I known telugu she would've shown me. While cutting I kept insisting it is too short she siad no, no it'll come out longer than the cut. It's basic knowledge that you leave extra length. Anyways, hope this review helps you from going to this awful place and having a horrible experience. The other person available in the salon said she had a prior appointment with a customer, we were there for 3 hours nobody showed up. Lying, arrogant shrews all of them.

Hair stylist meenakshi did a great job. Loved the way how she handles customer & understood our conform n style.

Worst experience, I wanted to give a zero star but unfortunately it's not available. I booked an appointment for a blow dry and reached the salon before time, but to my surprise the answer given by the receptionist was that there is no staff to attend me as all went back home. I wanted to speak to the owner who was busy catering to some other customer and ignored meeting me. This is how they treat their customers. Please do not visit . Please note this happened with me for the 2nd time.
