Hair cut and spa wasn't good. Spa wasn't as effective and hair cut didn't give the required look. Haircut Suggestion provided wasn't that great. However, would like to extend my appreciation for the way the team handled my initial experience, which was unfortunately unsatisfactory. I truly value the considerate approach taken by the staff, especially in reaching out to me proactively and offering a secondary session to make up for the earlier service. The second visit was much more pleasant and accommodative, with a spa service that met my expectations. Special thanks to Raj for delivering an excellent spa session, and to Anudeep for his thoughtful follow-up and initiative in arranging the second visit. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is genuinely appreciated.
