Great experience at the salon! The staff was welcoming, the ambience was lovely, and everything was handled efficiently with no time wasted. The stylist gave a beautiful final look and understood the style perfectly. However, a bit more care or advice on hair health would have made it even better. Overall, very satisfied and would visit again!

I recently visited this salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the barbers, Shyam. From the start, he was extremely arrogant and dismissive of my preferences for my haircut. Despite clearly telling him not to cut it too short, he ignored my request and continued to do so. In fact, he even told me, "We know what to do, you don't need to tell us!" which was not only rude but also frustrating. Things took a worse turn when, in the middle of the haircut, he said, "If you give any more suggestions of your haircuit, I will stop this haircut now. I have customers who pay me more for a haircut, so you can leave." This left me speechless and feeling completely disrespected. It's clear they prioritize customers based on how much money they're willing to spend, which is completely unfair and unprofessional. If this is how they treat people who are paying for a service, I'll be looking elsewhere for my future haircuts. Definitely not recommended .
