I visited this salon for the first time for a haircut, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Ms. Punam did a fantastic job. I had a reference and requested long layers with face-framing, asking her not to cut too much of the length. She nailed it! To start, Ms. Punam massaged my scalp with oil, which was incredibly soothing. After that, she washed my hair and massaged my scalp again while applying conditioner. Her hands were magic - I felt such relief and relaxation. After the haircut, she did a blowdry and post styling, it looked great. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout. The hospitality was excellent, and the final haircut turned out just as I wanted. My hair also smelled great! This won't be my last visit to the salon. I'll definitely return to Bounce for future haircuts, and I'll be sure to request Punam.

Had an amazing experience at the salon! I went for a haircut. Abner did a fantastic job with my curly hair. He really understood my curls and brought out the best in them. Definitely recommend if you're looking for someone who knows how to work with curly hair!

Loved the hair colour, poonam was greaaatt!! Massage was also given, that was a first during hair colour Pedicure was also great, I'm sorry I don't remember who gave the service burlt it was extremely relaxing. Plus the massage chair during the Pedicure was a bonus haha. Had a great time there
