This salon has excellent staff and they do their best each and every time. I have become a regular customer now. I am only concerned about their hair steamer not working whenever I go for head massage. Everything else is just fine :).

It was a great experience at this parlour! I got a fresh new look with a haircut! Hair stylist Manvi did a great job!

Just had my first appointment here(u even can visit direct walk in )and loved every bit of my experience . The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant ,Welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my eyebrow, wax, and botox hair treatment. I will be back for more services! They even have offers all the time.. Love their way of handling clients!!! Really worth of each penny... I absolutely recommend all, Can trust them blindly and can visit on all the occasions for amazing services!!!!

I have been one of the regulars for pedicure here and every time it is so relaxing and nicely done l. Mahalaxmi is a gem of manicurist always giving each step time and not rushing to finish it also got facial done from her and it was amazing as well.

Had a very relaxing head massage and pedicure. Mahalaxmi did a good job on pedicure. Definitely going to come regularly for the head massage. The service was done with so much patience.

I visited this saloon couple of months back , I opted for detan pack and massage service at that time . The person who assisted me at the front desk and the person who did the services patiently answered my questions . Ambience was good and didn't make me wait longer .

WORST EXPERIENCE though the place was spacious the staff was INEFFICIENT .I went for a facial "de-tan facial" the tan was still on my face , I asked for a pedicure ...which was done for more than an hour yet the dead skin on my feet was still visible. Spoke to the in-charge about the efficiency of the staff ,he simply said" she can do"-did what ?NOTHING. I had to pay full amount of 2650 where the generous management discounted RS: 150.THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY BUT THE SERVICE ,I had to re-do my facial and pedicure some where else, which was offered by the COSMOS MGMT which i denied because I don't want to commit the same mistake visiting that place again.
