It was nice experience actually I got this in Instagram in the reel it is mentioned that they have limited period offer so I wanted to try it actually the offers that are mentioned is True That was my old review but now it was the worst experience I had ever before I got black patches full where I the wax , i don't know which kind of products they are using and the place also not good they are not cleaning it properly tooo

Have been visiting this place since last 4+yrs. Today I went for hair color n asked specifically for DARK BROWN n this is what they gave me. They claim it to be dark brown ONLY just as I asked and NOT natural black at all!!!!!! They charged me 2000rs for this. See the sofa at back it's black leather! The owner has not been around n this kind of things happen. One of their kondapur staff messed up my eyebrows n i had to wait for 2 months for them to set them back to normal!

Best service and friendly talking with customers & what a patiency to do the service on a client santhosha mam done by me a best facial . Chemical peel with Hydra facial at that result is very smooth skin and I feel like a golw/shine face and when I touch my face I feel like baby face and under eye darkness is also a good result and I am very happy thank you mam I never forget these service

i have did my 2 days hair extension classes here recently. i never thought that their classes would be so good. Santosha mam provided good knowledge/information about extension, market prices n client consultant. she is very polite, friendly n well experienced person. i had a great experience there because staffs are very friendly so i highly recommend this place. if u want to learn something new please visit elegant academy .u will never regret.Thanku
