Envi Salon & Spa - Forum Mall, Kukkatpally

I wanted to share my recent experience at your salon, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. First, the pricing is very high. I understand that this may be due to maintenance costs and the location, but when customers pay a premium price, they naturally expect premium service. Not just good or average service, but excellent service that matches the pricing. even the basic level of service was lacking. Specifically, I took a hair wash service for 750. I inquired whether a head massage was included, as my main reason for choosing this service was relaxation. Since I am pregnant, I wanted to take some time to unwind. The staff member informed me that a massage was not included but said he would do it since I had asked. For 750, expecting a decent massage is not unreasonable. However, the person who performed it did so for less than a minute, and the technique was so poor that it gave me a headache instead of relief. That one minute felt like a terrible experience. If needed, you can check the CCTV footage to verify this. I am taking the time to share this feedback because, as a pregnant woman, visiting a salon itself is a challenge for me. Despite that, I made the effort, hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service, especially considering the high prices you charge. I will leave the same feedback in google as well

and the services. The ambiance is so cool. All the products their using it's very nice. The most important part is they maintained the cleanliness here. I have done hair sap, nail art and pedicure here. Special in nail they have many variety of colors. I walked in and was greeted right away. My hair and nail both are looking fab now. For hair "Pavan" guide me and suggested what will be best for me. Similarly for nail art she took her time and treated me very well, told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this place and recommend this place to others. 10/01/2023 - visited there once again. Still felt super. Got my nails done by yeshi , and I love how they turned out! Simple, clean, and beautifully done with great attention to detail. The whole experience was super relaxing, and my nails feel amazing.

Envi Inorbit is the worst place I came for hair spa the person was much engaged in other client but not in mine was waiting for more than 30 mts they have the worst attitude and the spa was just waste it was done so unprofessionally the. Same was done in punjgutta Envi that is the best one they least have patience to listen what exactly the client want but in Inorbit they talk about my service with 2/3 person there come back keep laughing making fun and shit too much of arrogance and then the place where they asked to sit was so unhygienic used tissues haircut scissors everything. We come up pay money they don't even treat properly worst saloon

Yesterday I went to Envi at forum, I did not like the attitude of hair cut specialist. I do not know his name. Discussing about my style with other client, which felt like very unprofessional behaviour. Also, he is least bothered about my ask, finally ended up doing his own style for my hair, which made me totally upset and write this review. I showed him pic also, to do in that way. Still ended up in his own creation. He did a sales pitch for some other service which I denied of taking. Poor service ethics

I came with my friend for Keratin treatment. We are really fine with their price and service. Mr. Praveen did his job well. I recommend everyone to visit the shop and enjoy the services here

Very professional and polite way of explanation u had very damaged hair so they suggested me also the remedies both cosmetics and home remedies DIY . Overall pleasant experience my stylist was Hari great work

I used the cleanup service provided by Navya, and I must say, it was a good experience. The massage was particularly great--so relaxing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend her service for anyone looking for quality care and a soothing experience.
