Last sunday I visited the parlor everytime in past my experience was good but this time they completely messed my skin. Literally these trainees are treating the customer skin as game they are not focusing not sure why they are in hurry. Always the cream was into my mouth and eyes they were that hurry..while removing black heads also they did harshly also when I came back home and checked my blackheads are still there...no point of bearing the pain. I request team to look into this and sort this. Also please keep in mind people come to parlor for good experience and relax don't provide customers as trainee toys..the behavior of staff is not at all good one lady is behaving like boss one lady is behaving like child. Customer came for better experience not to see the rivalry or competition between them. Literally after coming back from parlor today I'm feeling better till today the mess they made during my session bothered me

I don't know the exact name of hair cut. But I was very very satisfied with the haircut output. Sneha Mam did based on my face shape and I asked for volume. Based on my inputs she did it and output is good than expected.
