I had a Botax Treatment at she's Beauty Salon and it was amazing. My frizzy and breaking hair was controlled and got a straight look. I felt so pretty and I loved the service. My first two visits at she's beauty saloon were good But Yesterday I visited along with my mom and had very bad experience as kavya being a professional ruined my mom's eyebrows and instead of accepting the mistake she smartly intended to create a story and tried her best to make me compromise telling that there was an eyebrow hair loss which actually didn't work as I caught her mistake. How funny is it,like from where does the eyebrow hair loss came all of sudden. She accepted it later on but what was the point in lying before that's what made me more pissed off on her and had to return back without getting other services donee.Being a customer we come with lots of hope paying amount to get the right service done. If it's a mistake from professionals end they need to accept it, as we are not getting our services done for free and neither they are providing us an reimbursement for ruining our services. I would say she should start working up on owning customers trust and yesh let's don't lie with the customers so that they end up having trust on you anymore. I really had bad experience yesterday which made me to think twice going to salon and also recommending it to someone else.
