Hi...I had my keratin done at Habibs Hair & Beauty Salon...The staff named Shifa had done it..with a lot of professionalism and patience..she was extremely polite and interactive while getting my keratin done...all the staff at Habibs Hair & Beauty Salon were very good...they were amongst the best salons I have ever gone to .I recommend everyone to surely go there

This place completely destroyed my wife's hair -- and they didn't even have the decency to take responsibility. She went in for a keratin treatment and came back with hair that looks and feels like it's been fried. I'm talking burnt, brittle, uneven texture, with clumps falling out in the shower. They either used expired products or had absolutely no clue what they were doing. And when we complained, instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they gave us attitude and excuses. No apology, no accountability. Just shameless behavior. If you love your hair or your money, stay the hell away from this place. What they did wasn't just bad service -- it was damage. Physically and emotionally.

They can't do even eyebrows properly.it was very painful and my skin got cut..next day after the eyebrows a line of bruise was there along the eyebrow line..it was cut so deep and painful for a week.. complete waste salon I don't know how it has gotten good ratings.

Shifa gave me good advice about hair treatment or Shifa also told me good ways to prevent hair loss or finally botexed my hair treatment or did I get the hair treatment I wanted I am so happy

Not at all following the appointment time. They keep the customer waiting unnecessarily. If we ask they will tell that no one will follow the timings. At last Ahmed did my harcut and he was very good at his work. There is an mis communication about appointments. They should correct it .
