I'm very disappointed, I went there myself first and I told them to wash and condtion my hair and also straighten it. They washed my hair and blow dried it and I came out looking worse than before. Then I thought they would do a better job with my daughter because she has softer and less hair than me because she's young. Yet again they didn't understand so we had to get a translator. We told them to wash, trim and straighten her hair. After they washed her hair they proceeded to dry it with a dirty towel, a towel that left white particles on the hair. She unevenly trimmed the hair and didn't straighten it properly. My daughter came out with her ends uneven, her hair puff and white particles in her hair. I will never go there ever again in my life and I recommend no one to go there.

I'm very disappoint for the service ,I took an appointment one month back for bridal mehendi and the girl she put mehendi is pathetic the design not even looks like bridal mehendi.she was drawing only lines when I asked her she argue with me ki aisa hi dalte hum...and showing lot of attitude she is like newly start girl how can Ira give a client to her that too bride more important the owner does Urban company she never responded my call that day I asked her to call when free but till today she didn't asked me what happened she doesn't care parlor clients in my view ,only she can't maintain very disappoint with the owner she has not valued my time nd money,i will never go to this especially for mehendi...

The service provided was too good & appreciate the quality of cream during facial, moreover highly recommended.. Mostly other parlour are too hurry..!!
