Came for waxing and threading. Neetu did an amazing job, waxing was almost painless. Usually I feel a lot of pain, but this time in Lakme Neetu did very well, and she was also patient and sweet. Definitely recommend her!

I had a very good experience with Vasavi here. I got my eyebrows threading and waxing done. She is very pleasant. Monika was also helpful in the doing eyebrows.

My daughter wanted short hair and I had many options/ salons in mind. I carefully reviewed many of them on Google and shortlisted Lakme based on their customer reviews. I visited the place and explained the requirements. They were quick to understand and eager to offer their services. The professional Shweta ( Of whom I read the reviews) had a look at a few sample haircuts that we showed on the phone and suggested the right haircut which would suit my daughter. After the haircut was done, my daughter was all smiles as she really liked the cut and she had a new look in the New Year. Highly recommend Shweta for her professional services/ speciality. Unethical, rude staff. Even after pre booking for the service no person is available for the service. It's upsetting to see such a reputed beauty salon hiring such unprofessional and unethical staff that brings down the value of their brand. They have to learn to be professional and value customer time

Sweat has beautifully taken care of my hair, adding volume and layers. Very much satisfied with the haircut !
