Lookplex - Beauty Salon at Home Hyderabad

Priya did the whole package in a very efficient way. Overall a very good experience with her. Need to say about lookplex you should assure your clients are waiting and do not have full day to invest on you so just keep in mind that u send ur attendants on time.

I am very unhappy with the service by SHAAZ in Hyderabad. She did very bad service in waxing and also I went for a Lotus clean up which was given to me at a discounted price, that's the only reason I have taken cleanup. Total cleanup went for 10 minutes time only. It was just applying the pack for a minute and removing in another minute. Not even used steam for removing white heads on my nose. She used waxing on my nose even it's burning. I don't recommend her. Worst worst worst service.

If you want to spoil your plan then please go ahead with this app.. The stylist didnot even come down & even after calling them & requesting them for a different stylist , they could not make it. Most importantly they did not even feel important to inform the availaibility of the stylists despite of calling 3-4 times. The person alloted to me was Nini-Hyderabad.. How responsible the lady is.. Also kudos to the team for taking such great care of their customers. This was my 1st time & I will request people to never opt for such rubbish apps.. I am glad that i didnot take service from stylists of this app.

Lookplex is the worst beauty service provider in Hyderabad. Don't go with positive reviews they are from people working in company or paid once. All are worst & untrained beauticians who would burn ur skin while waxing, don't even clean floor after service is done. No post care after waxing, they will just leave it and will end up getting our skin stuck here n there. Company don't even take feedback from customer once they are done with service. When I called to say all this to customer care they are the most careless people And don't expect apologies, they have the worst customer service too. Very bad service by beautician and company customer service. Improve your service or you won't be for more days in market. There're much better online services than you.

Worst service ever, scared my face, the beautician don't even know comedon extraction, she called herself senior beautician and kept picking on my acne calling it as white head!! Which left a scare on my face, after multiple calls to lookplex team they arranged a feedback call for me which ensured the will investigate the matter, which certainly din't happen and I never revceived a call back from their team!!!! Pathetic team, Phathetic service,Pathetic beaticians! Never risk your face with their sub standard, unprofessional and harmful services!!

DPriya did a fabulous job. She was totally professional . I enjoyed the facial and pedicure. My tan got completely cleared out

My experience At lookplex turn out to be bad. First of all, the lady reached my place half an hour but this is something we can ignore. She spoiled my bed sheet because of her negligence. I went for a Lotus clean up which was given to me at a discounted price of Rs. 560 and was just for 25 minutes which includes 10 minutes of leaving the pack to dry and 15 minutes of cleanup and application of pack, it felt like you are paying a bomb.
