I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with LB Nagar staff member, Bhagya. She was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my visit. Bhagya's massage techniques were highly effective, demonstrating her skill and expertise. I greatly appreciate her outstanding service and look forward to future visits. Service was really good. I would appreciate Rashid for making my hair shine smooth with nice haircut. I felt comfortable during the whole service.

Recently I visited to Naturals, LB Nagar location for the first time. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean ambience ! I had multiple services here. For Manicure & Pedicure services, Staff Bhagya did an excellent job!! Though I had gel nail polish earlier, she removed very patiently. She even recommended me what's best for my skin type for pedicure and manicure. I'm definitely satisfied with my services and recommend her! For hair styling, I went with Naresh, he is very professional and patient enough to treat my frizzy hair! I'm completely satisfied & recommend him definitely!

Eyebrows and Waxing are pretty good. But the blow dry is a NIGHTMARE. Please avoid for all special occasions. The professional kept telling me that my hair is really bad and said that the "smoke" from the blow dry was because I used coconut oil a lot. I don't and they just gave me a hair wash! All that is still fine, he is just giving advice, but the final look, omg, it was so terrible. It was my birthday the next day, I had informed them and told them I did not want artificial curls, showed him pictures and he still did that. When I expressed that I did not like the final output, he said "your hair is very bad, it won't come better than this." Bro no joke, if I washed my 3A curly hair and put conditioner, it would have been a better look. I had done this so many times before and I know a bad job when I see one. He said the only thing he can do is give me another hair wash and do it all over again. It was already 9pm. The manager came and did not do ANYTHING. I told her I asked for no curls, but she seemed so clueless. I asked them to use a straightener atleast and another lady kept trying to convince me that the look goes well on me. By the end of it I was in tears, all the other salons were closed, my friends were planning my 12am surprise- that's why I wanted the blow dry in the first place and I went home looking bad and feeling worse than before. Did not expect this from naturals at all. The manager called me after I had left multiple times and offered to send someone to my home to do it all over again. I live in Banjara Hills, so it was would be one hour away for them, so I declined. I did not want to waste time on my birthday and they had already ruined my hair once. Birthday went great, except for the hair, was so disappointed, still not over it. :(

Very Good Experience. I went to them late @ 9:15 pm for a Haircut. Even though it was Late, Mr. Alam was patient and professional and did a Great Job. Keep up the same levels of Commitment and Customer Service.

I had hair spa and hair cut by Naresh. He is very patient and understood my requirements and suggested me. The head massage was the highlight. I would definitely recommend Naresh
