Not happy with the service at all. She left me like that for 15min after applying shampoo and not at all professional. Handled my wet hair very rudely due to which I lost lot of hair while combing. She suggested and did layer cut which was not. Professionals do the hair cut standing behind us, she cut my hair standing in between me and mirror, minimum no good scissor to cut the hair. Very disappointed

This salon deserves a negative rating. Noone is wearing mask. No safety protocol is being followed as is mentioned in nearbuy (from where I purchased hair smoothening coupon). The staff makes fun of customers. Thinking that I don't understand the local language, they were mocking about my hair. The head lady doesn't speak or understand any language other than telugu. She did my hair smoothening so casually. She even burnt my skin multiple times while using the straightener. Such a horrible experience.

I'd say very best...I took a pack of 199 includes hari cut beard and shampoo. The guy name is rehan and was very friendly and the hair cut is absolutely worth it. Go for it without a doubt.

You will be welcomed with a rude attitude and the service here is worst I went here for waxing The lady didn't even bothered to ask me about the heat level of the wax and continued to throw the hot wax on me . When I informed about the hot wax she didn't even care and in reverse she told me that my position is not convenient her to do the waxing . It was so painful . Even though I saw the bad reviews , I chose them because I thought the staff might have changed but I was wrong Please don't choose this one They also have different names (Navya ,star,dew drops 4 you) on nearbuy app

Actually they are having self service kind of thing. After facial they say to do face wash self. They are not professional. After hair cut they did not set the hair. Feather cut hair cut looks layer hair cut. They are totally non professional. I will not recommend any one here.

i went there for keratin treatment they did their best but i think they used very poor quality product that it has zero effect my hair is same as before not even lasted one week.

Very bad service..they actually burnt my hair while blow dry,and she is not at all professional at hair cut..n don't respond to customers at all,not friendly to customers.talking about ambience avg not so good and not so bad but one word "unprofessional".I don't recommend for ppl who luking for pro hair cut...
