PEEPAL TREE UNISEX SALON , HAIR ,SPA & BEAUTY

I went to this salon for the first time as i was in rush.Arrogant and rude behaviour by one female staff there who did my facial and also threading. She ruined my eyebrows plus left facial scars which is still there on my face and it literally burnt my face and left marks which i never had before. Even my eyebrows weren't upto the mark and she spoiled it too. That lady wasn't even listening what we want and kept on arguing like she owns us and the salon. No remorse of what she has done. Never ever recommended untill this kind pf behaviour persists in any service based businesses. Customer service is not at all upto the mark based on true story.

I went for a hair wash and asked them to style my hair.Rehman was the one who was assigned for me. He not only did hair wash but gave a nice & relaxing head & neck massage. Really appreciate his service and would recommend to ask for Rahman's service next time!

Very good work on doing highlights and a haircut by Yusuf. Very polite and understands the customer requirement.

Highly unprofessional and you can youself look at the condition of hair post 10 days of smoothening and keratin treatment. Extremely not recommend.

I am there customer since 2019 So I used to go for saloon only for hair cut and beard trimming. They try to convince me to take hairspa, facial, detain and headmassage etc but I have never taken that service which I don't need so nowadays the staff was not even doing proper hair cut amd beard trimming has I am not doing any big bussiness with them. This is not fair has a customer we spend whatever we want not what you want to give.. From now I am not going to this saloon any more...... *bad barber behavior after giving tomuch tip for every visit*

this place is filled with total northie UP Bihar people. no one speaks telugu or even tries to. when ever a circumstance arises of a mistake in the haircut, they never try to admit their mistake, and instead counters back to win the argument by covering their mistake. cheap characterless fellows. there are about 30% of the barbers who are actually good and knows how to communicate properly. especially the one from delhi. idk his name. this salon needs to improve a lot in terms of staff management. appoint telugu barbers instead of northies would be my kind request to the owner
