I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Mane'a. Loved their upscale interiors, super friendly staff, customer service and the best of all, "affordability". Drove in a couple of days ago and was welcomed by the complementary-valet staff member. Then, after exiting the elevator, another staff member from the front desk was there to see me in and check in for a hair cut. Received another warm welcome with a small bottle of water and a tasty cup of coffee. Unfortunately, there was a wait of about 10 minutes, which did not really bother me. However, to my surprise, I was offered a free tour of their establishment and I was impressed by their tour. The interiors were super upscale for the neighborhood with all crazy cool features. I' m sure the female clientele will love what's being offered to them. I couldn't help but snap a few pictures. After the tour ended, I was immediately seen by one of their senior stylists who was to give me a hair cut. He suggested a wonderful style, to which I agreed and was not disappointed at all. The hair style turned out to be amazing for my hair type. I was then suggested a hair product by their stylist and I did not hesitate to buy it right away. After the hair cut, they offered me a complementary massage which made me doze off on the massage chair for about 5 minutes when my phone rang and I woke up. It was awkward, but I couldn't help but fall asleep. Then it was time for check out and I knew their establishment was soon going to be a success as they already set their bar so high. That's when I was hit by another surprise, they offered me a 40% discount on the services I received. They proved me wrong every time I thought that was the best they could do, and they kept raising the bar with their mind blowing customer service. I regret to say that I will not be able to return to your establishment anytime soon as I stay abroad. However, the local clientele should be really happy to have you in their neighborhood. I' m sure you will soon have a large number of loyal customers who would never go else where for their salon & spa needs. Your customers should get ready to be pampered at your establishment that includes warm welcomes, upscale interiors, professional stylists, great salon services and affordability packed together. I RECOMMEND Mane'a if you are looking forward to a wonderful salon & spa experience.

I have been here the other day for a hair cut. I was skeptical before going because I have a long hair with man bun and I needed a good stylist fo get it right. But boy I reached the right place. The stylist Murali gave me a posh look. I'm gonna go there again for my next change of hair style!

It's been little over a month and I still can't get out of that feel good factor of superb hygiene and a great sense of safety in this pandemic situation. I had visited this salon for the haircut and I can't put it in words how safe I felt during the service. On the other hand, I must say that the amount of attention to detail in providing the customer service is just commendable. The haircut is awesome and BIG thanks to the stylist, Sai. Thanks a ton for the care that you take and the professional expertise you have. I definitely recommend Manea (especially this branch) even in such a pandemic situation, caz the amount of care that these guys take of their customers is set at a very high degree. Manea is my all time favourite salon. I got my hair cut, hair spa, keratin treatment done a month ago. After that its my first go to place when I want self pampering and grooming done. Recently I got hair color done and the output was beyond my expectations. Mr. Roy (the hairstylist) first guided me with all pros and cons. And the output he gave was outstanding. They have a very comforting ambience. The staff is generous and welcoming. A very blissful experience in manea and will keep looking forward for more.
