Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience Visited SHOWNESS Salon (Level 1, above Croma, Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur) for the special 199 offer, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They refused service saying there were lice -- which is totally misleading. I had only 3 to 5 dead eggs, not active lice. I respect their hygiene policy, but it should be applied equally to all customers. When we pointed this out, they said "we got affected before, so we're being careful" -- that's fine, but then why didn't they check the other girl who got a haircut right before us? She openly told us her hair wasn't checked at all and she didn't even know about the offer. So clearly, there's no consistency, and they're making rules up as they go. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely lack basic training and manners. If you don't want to serve customers respectfully and fairly, don't advertise fake offers just to bring people in. We travelled all the way for this and ended up feeling insulted. Zero stars if I could. Never going back. Absoutely pathetic I would not Rate even one star but I am unable to post without a star .pathetic experienceee

I visited SHOWNESS Salon (Level 1, above Croma, Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur) for a 199 haircut offer, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. First, I was informed that lice would not be tolerated, which is understandable for hygiene reasons. However, there was no mention of dead eggs in their terms and conditions--just lice. I only had a few dead eggs in my hair, which is common for many people, especially women, but the staff was dismissive and rude about it. The male staff member was especially unprofessional, using inappropriate language and making degrading comments about my hair, even saying things like, "No one will do your haircut in any salon." He then insisted that we leave and "remove" any dead eggs before considering the service. This was not only insulting but also unnecessary. It felt like the staff was looking for any excuse to avoid doing their job. Their behavior was offensive, and it was clear they were more interested in avoiding work than providing the service they were hired for. I traveled a long distance for this offer and was made to feel extremely unwelcome. I strongly suggest that the staff be trained in basic customer service and respect. This experience was frustrating and uncomfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone based on the unprofessionalism I encountered.

If they have such strict conditions, they should clearly mention them beforehand instead of embarrassing someone on the spot. It was insensitive and extremely unprofessional. The vibe there was just so off - the staff were cold, unfriendly, and had absolutely no basic customer manners. Watching how they behaved made me lose all interest in trying anything from them. They had an attitude as if we were bothering them by just being there. Honestly, even if they offered free services, I wouldn't come back. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst experience ever at SHOWNESS (Level 1, above Croma, Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur). I went to Showness with my friends who had booked an appointment under the special 199 offer. I wasn't getting a haircut myself but wanted to accompany them and see how the service was. Big mistake. From the moment we entered, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They acted like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging us. One of my friends was really excited about her haircut - she gets one every month. They suddenly refused service because they claimed there were a few dead lice eggs in her hair. First of all, their own message never mentioned anything about eggs, just lice. Second, the way they said it was so humiliating and disrespectful. There was zero customer care, zero courtesy, and absolutely no professionalism. The staff looked bored, uninterested, and honestly didn't seem like they had any idea how to behave with clients. If you don't want people to use your offer, then don't advertise it at all. I was planning to get my haircut too if the experience looked good, but after seeing their behavior, I wouldn't let them even touch my hair. They act like "show people" - full of attitude and no skill to back it up. Absolutely pathetic. Would never recommend Showness to anyone. Save your time, money, and dignity - go somewhere where they actually respect and value their customers. I don't want to even rate this but I am unable to post without a star soo I kept absolutely pathetic

The saloon was taken by showness people. They Will come at 11.30am but they gave me appointment for 10.00 am. I waited long, meanwhile one of their beautician came helped with head massage by 10.30am and she confirmed with staff that they are on the way to saloon. After head massage there is no hot water because of lock to geezer door, where the keys r with people who r on the way. It's been 12pm and now they came.

My haircut was done by Irfan.he has done a great haircut.i liked it very much.this saloon is too good and people are also good.must visit this saloon again
