Disappointing Experience - Overcharged Without Consent I recently visited Shreeya's Beauty Parlour for a basic pearl facial, which was listed at 1050. However, I was later informed that it was "out of stock" and, without my approval, they proceeded with an advanced hydrating pearl facial instead--charging me 2655! At no point was I informed of the price difference or given an option to choose another service. This lack of transparency and upselling tactic felt highly unprofessional. When I questioned the charge, they simply said it was the "next best alternative." I expect clear communication and honesty when availing services, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. If you're planning to visit, make sure to confirm prices beforehand to avoid such surprises. Definitely not the customer experience I expected!
