Terrible experience - complete waste of money! I got a botox treatment here and paid a hefty amount expecting smooth, healthy hair. Instead, my hair ended up extremely dry, damaged, and rough--worse than before the treatment. They made me buy shampoo and hair mask. After using it became even more worse. I raised the issue with them immediately, but they had no solution and couldn't reverse the damage they caused. Now, my hair feels like coconut husk--dry, brittle, and lifeless. This place clearly lacks the expertise to handle such treatments. Avoid this parlour if you care about your hair. Totally disappointed and angry with the service.
