Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience at Tony & Guy. I went in with specific requests: I asked for a professional stylist and emphasized that I wanted a layer haircut to make my hair look thicker and mostly I would tie a pony so it should look thick. Despite clearly communicating my needs, I was surprised by the outcome. The stylist cut off much more hair than I expected, leaving my hair noticeably thinner. Even when I tried to tie it up in a ponytail, it was difficult because of how much was cut off. It's disheartening because I chose Tony & Guy based on recommendations from family members who praised their professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match up to those expectations. I just wanted to share this with you all because, like me, you might rely on reviews when choosing a salon. Hopefully, my experience helps you make an informed decision for your next haircut. I recently visited for a pedicure with my sister, and I must say, we had an amazing experience! The service we received was outstanding. Our nail technician Siri and Swarnika were not only friendly but also incredibly skilled, making us feel relaxed and pampered throughout the session. The management was very knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain high standards in their services. We left feeling rejuvenated and happy with our beautiful nails. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic manicure, pedicure other facials experience. Worst experience I ever had in my life. The Styler was not at all professional and didn't meet my expectations. I went there for a haircut and few other services, the hair dresser was so harsh on my hair, i was shouting out loud that it was painful but the same continued...and wax caused rashes on my skin. So disappointed with all the services i had here.

Its a worst ever experience in my life. I went there for 'Botox treatment' for my hair, its hours of process. Everything went well. Bill ws 24k +3k (twenty two thousand + three thousand) But the magic happens aftr one week. My hair looking damaged, not silky, not conditioned, broken hair nd a lot, it is worst than 'cheepuru katta' Then I went back to the store, on telling my issue, Then he revealed that his guy forgot two steps of treatment while doing Botox treatment. I argued with him. Then he suggested me to come on Sunday to wash the hair and to do the forgotten steps of treatment. He made me buy some shampoo of 3000 to make that hair something better. But that shampoo made it more worst, there is no result. He said he will mail and call an expert from Chennai, that expert will come and check and do the necessary treatment. But its been one month, nothing happened. No following ups from the store. When i went back to store to get to know about the experts visiting, then i got to know that he didn't even mailed, he didn't even informed, didn't even called any expert. That Manager Sri Prasad is very irresponsible person. Whenever we complaint anything to him, he doesn't even bother to know about our problem...whenever the client goes to the centre, he never bothers to talk regarding the problem. and he said he will resolve my problem, but it it's been one month. He's he has never called me. If i call him he won't lift and There was no call back from him and he never bothered to know what is happening with the client and he promised me that he will solve my issue, but he has not solved. It's been one month. OFCOURSE IT WAS MY PROBLEM ONLY...BUT THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR WILL DEFINITELY A PROBLEMATIC FOR CLIENTS. I SUGGEST BETTER CHOOSE SOME OTHER OPTIONS FOR HAIR RELATED TREATMENTS AND ALL. Im adding some picturs aftr all my efforts to make it normal using some other conditioners and shampoos. It ws slightly recovered just for few hours. But aftr spending the whole day, hair will become normal as before (like the damaged one)

Disappointed with My Recent Experience I've had good experiences with Toni & Guy before, but this time was quite disappointing. I went in for eyebrow grooming, and it was an extremely painful process. To make things worse, I ended up with a cut above my eyebrow. I expected a professional and careful service, but this was far from it. Really disappointed with how things turned out. Hoping they improve their precision and care in the future.

Siri was very professional in providing hair cut service . I came here with an expectation to repair my damaged cut from another place and I got what I wanted here. Thankyou Siri for an excellent job!

They have the right talent in place. Akshay is a wonderful problem solver. He clearly knows how to avoid a cluttery& gibberish look and give you the most suitable style. He creates an expectation and then proceeds with a Haircut. Expert WRK. Hope to comeback
