Not good service.... they are very rough in doing facials... my skin was swollen for 3 days n rashes developed.... they need to groom their staff n be gentle on others skin when giving facial treatments. I had a very bad experience. Will never go again in my life.

That lady got some serious mood swings,you need to understand that customer owns value as well if you're not welcome enough don't expect us

I don't understand what other people are liking about their service,I've been here about 4 times and not once have I felt relaxed or well treated.Parlor ladies are very rude and rugged,they make you wait for long even though there are no other customers there! and when they do your service they do it so harshly that you regret spending that time waiting.A smile once in a while or a please and thankyou from a person who's going to touch your face and cut your hair wouldn't be the end of the world.

Worst one no hygiene at all after waxing using a same towel to wipe the 1st underarms then hands & also waiting time is long coming to facial did 1500 gold one instead of glow on my face aft 2 days I started noticing black patches near chin and cheeks on that very same day.

My daughter visited 5 days before for (Straight) HAIR TRIMMING ONLY ! Ms. Fouzia was busy in her phone when she attempt my daughter's hair cut, and this was the result you can see in picture. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND BAD.....

Poor hygiene...dirty towels...needs to upgrade...May be the owner has lost interest in running this salon.

Previously they use to have experienced staff, now from the past 3 times i am very much disappointed by their service, no proper result even after taking costly facials....they don't have well trained staff..instead of wasting our money here better to try some other parlour.

Bad service...they have no knowledge on beauty or hair...not at all professional...Terrible experience.
