I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came here for a massage based on a great experience I had a year ago--the therapist back then was professional and skilled. Unfortunately, that person seems to have resigned, and the current service is nowhere near the same quality. The massage I received this time was completely unprofessional, with zero technique and no understanding of pressure points or relaxation. It honestly felt like a waste of money. I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. The staff didn't seem properly trained, and the whole setup lacked the professionalism you expect from a salon offering massages. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they bring back experienced professionals. Definitely not worth it.

I had a wonderful experience while getting a new haircut. Milind was excellent and kept me informed what the outcome of the look will be. He took his time and was very patient and educated how to manage the hair style once I took the shower. Cleared all my doubts and gave tips on how to manage wavy hair. Milind was very nice and he is excellent in having conversation to make you comfortable. I am definitely recommending him and would like to get any future hair cut and style from him. The location is also good with a lot of parking space on the main road. Ambience is wonderful and delightful service

Here is my personal experience at W Studio. I went for a D-tan at this venue. The usual practice everyone does is they clean the face neatly , apply some D-tan cream and leave for 20-30min and then they do gentle massage for 10 minutes and then clean it up with a soft issue. Here the experince was different. They didn't clean the face properly. Simply applied a cream and leave it for 15min and then they simply cleaned the cream with a wet tissue paper. If at all, it;s just cream which does all the Tan removal work, we need not to go to any studio is what I feel. The room was also very much conjusted. it was adjusted under the stair case of that buidling.
