Today, I visited WOW THE SALON & I truly appreciate the way my hair detangling was done. Though there was some pain ofcourse, but the patience and reassurance throughout from the staff made the experience much easier. The staff at *Wow The Salon* also deserves a special mention. Khushi Ma'am's humility and sweetness left a lasting impression, and Adnan Sir's dedication and passion for his work are unmatched. He treats every detail with respect and precision, which shows how committed he is to his craft. His kind-hearted nature made the experience even more pleasant. You took such great care to ensure I was comfortable, and I'm truly thankful for that. Alhamdulillah, my visit to Wow Salon wasn't wasted. I was genuinely worried about what would happen to my hair. but I'm so pleased with the result. May Allah SWT bless them all for their kindness and hard work. They deserve 0 .The salon was terrible, with exorbitant prices. They charged Rs. 1000 for a basic layer cut on short hair without even providing a shampoo!! The cleanliness of the place was also lacking. And also AC is not working.Overall, it was a highly disappointing.They robbed you guys , Avoid this parlour.

Five stars only because of Arsalan. I don't usually post reviews and the only reason I'm doing this today is to let the owners know how great of a baraber Arsalan is and to never let go of him. This review isn't something he's ever asked for. I've been a customer for about 2 years now and I've tried all other WOW branches around the area - Arsalan is a true gem. (GIVE THE MAN A HIKE)

I went to this salon for the first time... my experience here was great,I got my facial done by sai ma'am and I was very nervous to try as I had sensitive skin so I told her about it and she was really careful with it and done a great job. The ambience here is good and very relaxing also they make you feel comfortable. I would suggest anyone to go here even if they are trying for the first time
