Totally unprofessional, first of all i had to wait long bcs some other customer wanted brows even after starting my wax she stopped in the middle, i just wanted to go then and there but i did wait ,I wanted hair spa , blow dry but after getting my hands waxed I decided not to, the reason u can check the picture, I have never experienced this type of hot wax in my life , the temp was too hot to handle which gave me burns on my skin and she justified by saying the hotter the wax the better the result, first of all the wax contained black ants in it , den too hot temp , she didn't even clean my hand after waxing just applied astringent on burnt area but no moisturiser , totally disappointed. And price for waxing was 250, and the burns are painful u can imagine how hot the wax was it was dripping hot , the wax turned liquid and was falling off, she was totally ignorant negligent Never ever going there again
