Very happy with my haircut and overall experience at the salon. Service was great, where everyone was attentive the place was all super clean and comfortable. Jay was such a great hairdresser and was also super gentle and thorough with his work, and made sure to check I was happy with the work throughout the process. Will book again when I get the chance!

There is no negative rating to rate this salon, they charged a price of 3400/- to color hair black and amazingly colored skin too along with hair as part of their excellence service, which cannot be described by word, so I have attached the pictures And they charged 1200/- for the so amazing hair cut When questioned about the service, the amazing reply was to wash hair again and again untill the color fades always "Eventually" And the so called, luxury salon has 18% gst

I recently visited and had an amazing experience with Santosh. He truly knows his craft and paid great attention to detail when styling my hair. His skills and professionalism made the whole visit enjoyable, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone who understands hair and customer care!

Best Haircuts & Hospitality Experience. Anil is one of the best hairstylists in town, especially if you're a girl who likes to wear her hair short & edgy. He will understand your need for style but will advise if he thinks it won't suit eventually. Overall salon Experience is also very welcoming, i always am made to feel taken care of by the front office and other staff even when I walk in in the last hour of the day! THANK YOU!

I loved the haircut which was really impressive done by Abhigna. She's sweet and I liked her behavior the way she explained everything was great and Yes i think this salon is a bit pricey due to taxes but otherwise it's really good if you're looking for a nice haircut

I recently visited Hair Crush Salon, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the place is nice and well-branded, I paid 3,500 for a facial that lasted only 30 minutes--and most of that time felt wasted. The process started with 1-minute cleansing, followed by another 1-minute second cleanse, a 5-minute mask, a massage that barely lasted 6 minutes, and finally, the facial pack. The actual session was supposed to start at 5 PM, but it was already 5:25 PM when we began, as the staff spent a significant amount of time just talking and suggesting products. While recommendations are fine, this could have been done after the session to allow me to relax, which was the whole point of my visit. As someone who understands how massages and facials work, this was disappointing. I left feeling more stressed and frustrated than when I arrived. For the price they charge, I expected a premium, relaxing experience. Instead, it felt rushed, unprofessional, and definitely not worth the cost. I wouldn't recommend Hair Crush Salon unless they improve their service and ensure customers get the experience they are paying for. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing visit.

A really nice place with reasonable rates. I got a haircut here and loved the experience. Mr. Santosh did a good job of listening to what I wanted, advising what could be done and never once tried to push products nor suggested colouring my hair. I like to keep my salt and pepper look. The place itself has a calm and positive vibe, it's located on first floor with a lift access. The rest of the staff was very cordial too. I will revisit for sure. Thank you for a good service.
