This is my second time getting a Botox hair treatment at Toni & Guy, and once again, it's been an amazing experience. The first time I had it done, I was genuinely impressed--my hair stayed smooth and healthy for almost six months, thanks to the shampoo and conditioner they recommended. The results were incredible, and I loved how soft and nourished my hair felt throughout. This time, I got it done at the Toni & Guy branch near Chandanagar, and the experience was just as good. The treatment was done by Arjun, who was absolutely fantastic--very professional and skilled. I've been using the same recommended products again, and even after three weeks, my hair still feels fresh, soft, and well-treated. I'm confident it will last another six months, which means less worry and more great hair days! Huge thanks to Toni & Guy, and especially Arjun, for the excellent service. I would highly, highly recommend their Botox hair treatment to anyone who wants their hair to stay healthy, smooth, and beautifully nourished.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair botox treatment done here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and polite, making me feel completely at ease. Arjun did a fantastic job with both the treatment and my haircut--he was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured that everything was done to perfection. My hair feels so much healthier and looks amazing! Aditya was also very friendly and understanding, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality hair care!

I had an amazing experience at Toni&guy, Madinaguda.The waxing was quick, thorough, and surprisingly painless. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. The pedicure was equally fantastic - relaxing and detailed, leaving my feet feeling super soft and rejuvenated. The salon was clean, and the atmosphere was calming. Definitely my go-to place for self-care! Highly recommend!

Had a really amazing experience @ Tony and guy Madinaguda branch. Very happy with the service. Mr.Cherry gave me my best haircut and hair spa that I have ever had. Made me feel really comfortable. No pushing to take other services which was really great because I had a terrible experience at another Tony and guy branch, they were money minded and didn't respect customers.Here they just gave the best service for the ones I asked for.Cherry double checked my preferences throughout my haircut & hairspa. He had complete knowledge and expertise on what he's doing. Patiently did the work,also gave good and useful suggestions regarding hair care. Hi, sharing with you my very recent awful experience with Toni and guy Madinaguda. On Saturday (10/02/24) I booked an appointment for eyebrows. One lady took me inside for the service. Gave me a water bottle - all cool so far- until I asked her about the rates for clean-up. The moment she realised I'm not taking clean up appointment- then and there she started pointing out that my skin looked ''damaged '' 'dull- very tanned'' and it went on about another 5 minutes. It's high time you learn about some customer service etiquette- as it may only backfire in the future. We all are humans- we won't have porcelain skin in Indian weather. It's impossible. So stop fetishising flawless skin. We get exposed to sun- it gets tanned - especially brown skinned women like me. It's no news to us. Pointing out the gaps and pores of skin and hair is not the ideal solution. Please put your staff through proper customer service orientation:) Don't give unsolicited advice unless the client asks you to comment on their skin type or hair type. Now- my eyebrows were done awfully bad. It was super painful. It left some cuts as well. I have attached photos. I often picked toni and guy for my eyebrows because they had offered good service up until this Saturday. Extremely terrible service and mentality. Will never visit again.

Recently got a haircut done, by Faizan, here. He understood my requirement and cut my hair very nicely. I'm happy with the service. Would definitely recommend!

I visited the salon today for the Kera-smooth treatment which was done by the stylist Azam. He was very friendly and professional. He patiently completed his task. The other staff members were also very warm and co-operative. Loved the service

Arjun Sir did amazing hair cut and styling. For my son. Azam did fantastic job to give new look and style to my daughter hair. Ambience and cleanliness was good . Will visit this place more often . Staff is very smiling and welcoming .
