Recently, I visited Naturals and got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. About 6 months ago, I had taken a membership card from them. At that time, they told me that I would get a 20% discount on all services with the card. However, during this visit, they didn't actually apply the discount. When I asked about it, they told me, "Ma'am, we've already given you the 20% discount--your final bill after discount is 767." But I feel like they didn't apply any discount at all and just said that to mislead me

I have experienced 2 times for my kid hair cut. They did very bad hair cut, these are not experienced professionals these staff might be here for just training. U can find only infrastructure and ambience looks like naturals but not the staff. Even local hair saloons are far 1000 times better than this. During first time visit at 10:30 also staff were not available I had to call the franchise owner and call the staff

This salon provides all the services. Staffs are good, i had great experience with Bavahar and Lahari. They did their job really well.
