I could have rated less if I had option. The staff suggest expensive stuff. The recommendations are good. I was suggested lotus cleanup under cleanup options. I said ok without asking for price because all I wanted was a good service. 1) I was made to rest on a very unhygienic bed and I am pretty sure that was a used towel. 2) I was not shown the package of cleanup products they used. I had to believe them blindly. 3)They used a wash cloth to clean my face during cleanup and used the very same cloth to cover my eyes when I rest during face pack. 4) The worst part is while I was resting there during face pack, the lady came in and started doing my underarms waxing. I asked her not to do that coz the whole purpose of doing facials or cleanup is to relax. The staff is good and gentle, but the place is unhygienic and the staff does not have enough knowledge about the services.

I've been to the studio twice, once for Global Highlights and the other time for Haircut. I got the Highlights by Anand and Sameer did my Haircut. Both did an amazing job and I'm fully happy with the result. I'd definitely recommend the place to family and friends

The fastest manicure and pedicure I've ever done, it was done in 20 mins.. No hot water, no pack was applied after the procedure. Bad service. Would not recommend.

Shoib is nice guy. He has done the how I explained to him but the cost is little expensive for haircut.
