Visited the saloon yesterday and had a very nice experience of getting a good grooming by Mr J Rakesh. He was very good in his professional job and also very active and caring to the needs of the customer. His enthusiasm to serve and satisfy the customer, his gentle mannerisms, immense knowledge and respect to customers are added qualifications. He was so good at his job and also so receptive to ideas and suggestions given by me when he was attending on me. I wish him all the best for his future.

I have never had such a great experience in my life as I had today at Essentica coming from a picky client like me that is a hide compliment. Ms. Madhu was very friendly, respectful and gentle while shampooing my hair. Mr. Rakesh did a fabulous job with my haircut. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did the haircut exactly as I asked. Exceptional work!!! I also brought my young daughter because unfortunately last week I took her to a different hair salon and they did a horrible job. Thank God, Mr. Rakesh was able to fix the bad haircut and made her look gorgeous. My son also got a modern haircut and he did it amazingly well. This is the first time I don't have to give so many explanations and details to get the haircuts done. I am a very picky client and this is the first time I have left a salon without any complaints. I just left happy. I also got my eyebrows done with Ms. Vanitha and she surprised me with the end result. She is a very professional person, as she left my eyebrows just the way I wanted them. My skin was not irritated and it was not a painful process. You can't trust anyone with your eyebrows but in this case Ms Vanitha has my full confidence. The team is very professional and friendly. The facilities are in excellent condition, especially clean and neat. They coordinate well. My family and I will definitely return to Essentica Unisex Salon. Thank you very much

I took my sister-in-law here, the staff here are very professional and humble , they given a very unpredictable service and especially by " MADHU " . she is having a unique way at giving service , she suggests professionally that which style suits to your face . Apart from service , there patience level towards clients is very good , No matter how many times you ask, MADHU keep on explaining you everything. A customer a needs a good service and also a gud communication to help out with gud suggestions , and ms. MADHU is very friendly at these both . I wanna appreciate Rakesh too for such a fabulous haircut .
