Naturals Salon Suchitra

I visited Naturals Salon at Suchitra Circle on 9th May 2025 for a haircut and a head massage with oil. While the haircut was satisfactory and my wife availed forehead and eyebrow hair removal services (charged Rs. 100), I was extremely disappointed with the billing and lack of transparency. I was charged Rs. 400 for a head massage, which included no steam or hair wash--just oil application. Later, when I called the salon as a new customer to inquire about the price, I was told the head massage costs Rs. 350, and includes steam and a hair wash. When I confronted them about this inconsistency, I was told those extras are "additional" even though I was charged more without getting them. To make matters worse, I received a call from the salon offering an apology and saying they would reduce the price if I visited again. But this is not just about a discount--this is about fair and equal treatment. It feels like the pricing was done arbitrarily, possibly based on appearance, which is completely unacceptable. Such inconsistent pricing and lack of clear communication is unprofessional. I strongly urge the salon to display fixed service charges and ensure all customers are treated equally. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience. Please don't visit this salon. It's fraud.
