Naturals Salon | Unisex Hair & Style Salon - Beauty Parlour, Hair Salon & Bridal Makeup in West Marredpally

I've been a loyal customer of the Naturals branch in West Maredpally, but today's experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. One of the female staff members, Pushpha, handled the hand waxing so roughly and hurriedly--as if she was in a rush to catch a train--that it caused a large blood clot, as shown in the photo. After I raised the issue with the branch manager, they didn't charge me for the hand wax service. Still, this kind of carelessness has cost them a loyal customer.

I had such a great experience at Naturals (West Maredpally). The team is professional and so skilled. I appreciated how team made sure to explain every step of the process and used high-quality products. The salon is chic and comfortable. Finally manager was so respectful, responsible, professional and advisor for our good hair and beauty tips. Thank you Naturals Team.

Very polite and professional staff with decent ambiance.. Done my hair cut facial and waxing thwy did with lot of patience.. Pushpa and vasantha sai gave me top notch service.. Loved it thank u..

Very bad experience. I went for an haircut. The boy who did my haircut looked so uninterested in his work. Despite of having shown him a pic on my phone, he didn't cut my hair properly. He didn't even spray water on my hair before a cut. Usually barbers shave around the ear and neck region after the haircut, but these unprofessional and lazy fellows didn't do that. I asked them to shave slightly and then they did it. Worst experience ever. The service is very expensive but quality is very cheap. Any man/boy who is reading this comment....please go somewhere else for hair cut. They are scammers. Overall rating -10/10 . AND GUYS DONT GET FOOLED BY THEIR FAKE APOLOGIES TO THIS COMMENT. ITS ALL THEIR BUISNESS TACTICS TO LURE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. NEVER GO TO THEM.

I had an amazing pedicure experience at this parlour! The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The ambiance was relaxing, and the products used were of high quality. My feet feel soft, refreshed, and beautifully polished. Highly recommend for a luxurious and rejuvenating pedicure!

Had a very bad experience at this branch. Without minimum experience, they are hiring candidates who doesn't even do the basic requirements. A guy has spoiled my mood by spoiling my beard cut. I felt like even the roadside people do it in the best way. This is my 2nd worst experience with Naturals Salon.

Staff forces you to opt for expensive services and make you change your selection. . Not professional and were extremely rough. Not upto the mark for a Naturals brand. Also they charge a 18% gst but do not provide a bill.
