I wanna give a zero star, but sadly thats not possible. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They talk to customers with zero respect and act like they're doing us a favour by providing any service. Most of the time, they seem lazy and unwilling to work -- they'll even deny services just because they don't feel like it. I've been going there only because it's the only parlour nearby, but enough is enough. There's no basic customer service, no courtesy, and absolutely no offers or discounts, no matter how regular you are. This place is a complete rip-off and not worth your time or money. Avoid it if you can -- they clearly don't care about their customers.

I an a 10 year old customer . And i simply love this place. Sangeetha and her staff are highly professional, diligent & sincere.they provide quality service at a very reasonable price. Best part is , Every product used is very genuine and of great quality . I just swear by this place. Thank you

They were very rude and harsh. I went for hair straightening, All Nepalese women were angry coz my hair is too long and it was their time to leave the store, They could've just told about the timings, but they accepted for straightening and then started commenting on my hair and called it pooch, As an Indian of course I understand Nepalese, the women who did my straightening, kept pulling my hair and kept sighing, Very bad service, rude people, they don't know how to talk to a client, Also be very careful with the tools they use, I had hair loss after I went for the straightening and their combs and the straighteners were very dirty. Would never recommend it to anyone. Absolutely worst salon in the entire Secunderabad. I wish I could give 0 Reviews and write so much more.

Worst service ever they are so rude towards customer and they distinguish between religion and they says they will not switch on fans and Ac, they do only if we pay them more than 1,000Rs. such a pathetic people. No respect to time and money very bad experience they should take training to how to treat customers well please dont visit here and waste your time.

One of the worst places consistently. They never respect the time of the customer ever. Despite their assurance and booking a spot they will never meet it. Despite booking was made to wait more than 35 mins, I complained and they actually starting blaming me saying that can't you see shop is full. But I made an appointment!!! I thought let me give second chance, but same thing repeatwd. Again no one to attend despite saying please wait for 15 mins. I still waited but more than 40 min wait despite that. And no apology either. Terrible services.

Had the worst experience, quality-wise and service-wise. They don't have a catalogue and charge different prices for different people. I know this because the service that they charge 700 from my mother, they said was 3500 for me. When I called them out and asked for a proper bill of the services so far, she left the room and dint return even after calling multiple times. The 5th time she finally yielded and gave me an exorbitant bill for hardly any services. She did a facial without removing my eyeliner and lipstick. I don't know who does that! I have more pimples now than I did before the service What a waste! Going to stick to betting on Urban Clap. Made me realize how good they are. They use the worst nail colours that change colour before they even dry and even that takes forever. 20 mins later my nail polish still dint dry. I have nothing positive to say about this place. I really hope Sangeetha fixes this before she is forced to shut shop

Perfect place for a perfect haircut. Soft lady is my only go to place for haircut, I haven't tried any other services here. They exactly know what you want. Clean and neat place. Well organized. Not too costly. You need to book an appointment as this salon is almost always full. You won't regret getting a hair cut from here for sure!
