Envi Salon & Spa - Aparna Neo Mall, Nallagandla

Got my nails done today and service is below average- 6/10. That's not what concerning me.. i don't know her name(who did my nails) but the amount of attitude she has is insane... she ripped my skin while filing, and i didn't even react. Just asked her to be gentle. She is just giving looks at me with serious face like im her servant, wth is going on?? Envi salons couldn't you train your staff properly??

Highly recommend going to Shadab for your hair colour, hair Botox and hair cut! He transformed me and my 50 year old mom (who now looks like she is 40) He is not only great at executing but also very good at making recommendations! My mom was so happy with her hair that she couldn't stop blessing Shadab - he's just wonderful he stayed beyond the scheduled time to complete our transformations on both the days Other staff is also pretty awesome here - their manager Atif is really good dealing with customers and staying beyond the closing time with Shadab for our transformations! Shout out to Fateh as well!

Fateh is amazing at what he does! I went in for a hair treatment, and the results were better than I could have imagined. He took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My hair feels so much healthier and looks incredible. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for expert care and a great experience!

Envi is my go-to salon since it has opened. Services are exceptional and especially the staff. They are very friendly, kind, patient, good to talk too and make you feel comfortable. Hair services- Mannan has good knowledge and patiently hears you out. He did amazing hair cut for me. He did such a good massage in rhe the hair spa and hair oil massage. But service that really impressed me was highlights + global hair color. He delivered the color that I had shown him. And service was done pretty quickly. Fateh and Anas assisted him. I was surprised to see the quickness from them as mostly we see staff does not get along in most places. . Sanchal- she is such a cute and kind soul. I did extensions twice with her and she did it soo patiently and heard me out whatever i needed. She did one of best Ombre I had ever done. She is highly recommeneded. She also did gel nail polish. And she is skilled in nail services. Gauthami- The facial I did with her was best I ever did in Hyderabad. Generally i refrain from facial in hyderabad as i never had very good experience with face massage keeping in mind the prices. But i was amazed with the way she did my facial. She is always smiling and greets when I visit EnVi. Also, i often go for pedicure there and there is 1 person who does exceptional work. Sorry I dont know his name but I always prefer him for pedicure. His massage skills are very good and does a good job. Most importantly, all 3 Managers there are sooo accomodating. I always feel at home. They try to give me nearest slots whenever I ask. Sometimes, I take my son along. And he is so welcomed there that he enjoys going there. Thank you for exceptional services. I highly recommend Nallagandla people to go there and you will keep going back. Ps- You will love their coffee too!!!

I was very pleased with this salon right from the time I entered. This was my first visit. The gentleman at the desk was very courteous and really shined out. Coming to my hair cut I would like to give a big shout out to Mr. Sajjad who did an absolutely amazing job. He was humble, polite and knew his craft. I was quite entertained watching him work with my hair. Overall wonderful experience and I hope to have many more in the future. Thank you Envi!!

I feel the prices are too high but the service is not as per the high price offered. The cost for blow dry and wash is exactly the same as they charge for haircut. Why would a person go for wash and blow dry, they can simply go for a haircut. Doesn't make sense to me. They even charge extra 100 or something for out curl when you get your hair blow dried. This particular incident happened at Pune Envi, but their prices are same overall. So hardly matters which branch charged for it.

My sister got Botox hair treatment here and they did absolutely amazing job. Hospitality and also they suggest good products for your hair type. Nishad did great job, very kind and gentle with hair.

Jyotika did an amazing pedicure. I generally go for boys but she did a superb job in removing all dead skin. Her massage was very relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
