Worst Experience! A Complete Scam - Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars! I went in for a hair coloring service, and it was an absolute disaster. The color turned out patchy, uneven, and the brown shade I asked for didn't even show up properly. When I pointed it out, they acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it, but of course, they conveniently failed to mention that the so-called "solution" was valid for only a week! When I reached out, they dismissed me, saying they were "occupied" and asked me to come the following week--ironically, their salon is almost always empty. When I explained that I'd be traveling and wouldn't be available for a few days, the hairstylist assured me that if I came by a specific date, they would fix it. Now, out of the blue, I get a call saying it can't be done anymore and that I'd have to pay extra to fix their own mistake. This is nothing short of a scam--taking customers' money, delivering a terrible service, and then washing their hands off any responsibility. If you value your money and your hair, STAY AWAY! Don't let them rob you like they did to me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Habibs Hair & Beauty. I got my hair colored, and they did a terrible job--there were visible patches, and the color was uneven. When I pointed it out, they assured me they would fix it, but every time I tried to book a correction appointment, they either didn't give me a proper time or kept delaying it. Finally, they told me I would have to pay again to fix their own mistake! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor service, they tried to make me pay twice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality hair services. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers!

The service and management here are outstanding. Manager Kavya is extremely polite, attentive, and makes sure every guest feels welcome. Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommended!

The (lady) receptionist or cashier has a very judgmental attitude and glances. I had taken 3 services already ( INR 5,000 + ) and she still taunted one of the staff for not upselling or pushing more services. She also gave looks during billing. I would not visit Habibs again and recommend you do the same. PS: The staff & service was good.

I visited Habibs for the first time, I really felt happy taking the services. Sahil and Rupa took care of my needs, especially Sahil was very kind as I was the last one to leave, he waiting until my husband came to pick me up. This gesture made him a true gentleman.

"I believe equipment should be properly sanitized for every use, especially when you have a big name in the market. I've had my haircut here twice, and both times I noticed the same issue. When I asked about it, the staff just washed the equipment with water. This is concerning, and I hope proper hygiene standards are implemented consistently."

I have taken the service of hair cut and head message the person Umar did it well and Sonam did my threading . I really liked the service .
