Hi this is my previous day experience.I have the membership in the beyou salon.I had called the bayou salon staff and informed I need the haircut and asked them about one of the staff "Nagendra" is he available and free and response from the staff was yes told me takes 20min and went there after the waiting period of 35min they came to me and I asked one of the barber to the haircut but the response from the barber is I have work going out and will return by evng and I said ok the other barber came to me done the haircut it was worst experience and uneven unsatisfied by the service and looks even the road side will salon is much betterAfter the completion of my haircut also the other barbe "Nagendra" was still in the salon and didn't go out which is completely disrespectful from the be you salon staff and I informed the lead staff and response was nothing just a sorry.Worst experience and customer service was completely Unworthy and cost was too high and this was my experience from the Hanamkonda Branch

My first visit to this location and it was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. Had a haircut which is truly at affordable prices, Love the services and the ambience Great stylists, fantastic services, love the atmosphere, nothing but a good day.

Worst service from a reputed organization. They did hair cut equal to road side salon. Prices are too high n thier service isn't worthy for our hard earned penny. Felt cheated n decided to be never stepped again into this.

Dear friends I have visited Be You.... Just one month back with my colleague just for hair cut. They saw us for the first time and try to be good to us. They also managed to convinces us for facial n all . We also pay for membership. When I visisted this time again just for hair cut. They were not happy. May be they want more money. They ask me to wait saying after 5 as they were cleaning. But even after waithing till they swept the whloe place they kept me for another 25 minutes. Even when I was the only customer. I say same of the saaffs of Be You saloon Warangal. No manner na respect for the individual n the time.

Very good hospitality by the staff. Keratin treatment by Mr .Rajender Garu was fabulous.Miss.Spandana gave her best for the facial. Very satisfactory
