Very happy with the staffs especially S bhowmik who gave me a nice hair cut and I am very happy with my new looks.. Definitely going to visit again.

Listen! Ask! Just don't assume that every customer wants what is 'trending' and 'fashionable' at the moment. Even after my instructions, the barber starts trimming my hair on the left and he fades it out all. It was too late already to make any amends You have to understand, Customer Service is the first and the last word and every person has different needs. So, listen first and act later. Dissappointed.

The worst service possible.. over priced and hair spa is a wastage of money. He took 2 mins for haircut and it was done before I could understand. Wasted my time and money.

Hello to everyone who are looking at this review, This place is pathetic. The barber they have appointed are not trained at all. They don't go for quality rather quantity, if there are five people waiting in the queue they will do a half hair cut for you to accommodate everyone. I had gone for a acne cleanup, the person was so much untraind that after the cleanup I had to visit a doctor to get my skin treated. All of there claims in the website to be the best saloon at Agartala is rubbish. People coming from outside Tripura and want to get a saloon services please DO NOT VISIT FLORAISON. Rather,Creationz is much better however it upto your choice.

Unsterelized tools and dirty cloths are being used for customers. They never wash their apron which is too dirty. Employees are unprofessional (especially the haircut guy). Never going there again.

I got my hair spa and pedicure done by Payel Saha. Services and behaviour of the staffs were very good and satisfying.

Excellent job done here today i am totally satisfied by their service the staffs are also well mannered and efficient enough so i am a happy customer so i recommend all to must visit here thanks.
