Very unprofessional. 1st of all, while taking the appointment we were said that the price for 2 hands is 2000, since 3 people were making the appointment together, discount of 200 each would be provided making it 1800. When we reached, even basic colours were not available and forced us to choose from all that was left. The finish was not at all smooth. Had bumbs like road on the nails. The colour was very light,no proper finishing. Even the nail was disgusting. Could only do on 2 fingers. After finishing they said the cost was 2400. Extra Charge for matte and 2 flowers drawn, which was not conveyed to us earlier. After discussing for a while, they settled for 2000. Nails started coming off within a week of getting them done,even after taking care of them. Most horrible nail salon experience for me. Total waste of rs 2000. Never going back, and suggest people not to go.
