Lakme Salon

The quality of services is very poor. I have been a regular customer of this place over the past five years especially for short haircuts as they had really good stylists. I understand working with wavy hair that too a short style requires skills and I have been happy with my previous experiences. However over the past two years the quality of their services has really declined. All their good stylist have left. The quality of their current stylists is evident from the reference photos provided. The first picture is what my sister wanted, and the second picture is what she got, and mind you we requested a senior hairstylist. Seems like the management has become too lax in recruiting skilled professionals thereby compromising the quality of work. This is not the only bad haircut experience. The haircut before this was also bad however it was still manageable. This however is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The whole point of visiting a good professional salon and paying more as compared to a local salon is to ensure a standard quality of service which as visible from the pictures is not being met.

I recently visited Lakme saloon Agartala for a protein treatment, and I'm very happy with the experience. Tamanna did my treatment, and she was extremely professional throughout the process. The results were great, and I could really see the difference.

Great experience. Got glass shine hair treatment done by Tamanna Shaikh. She is extremely polite and professional. Strongly recommend asking for her for hair treatment.

They took 4500 for just applying black dye on my mother's hair. Just within 15 days the colour faded away. Complete fraudsters they are.

Extremely Disappointed and Regretful - Stay Away from Lakme Agartala. Lakme Agartala is just spoiling the brand name by giving the worst service experience to the customers. I have taken hair smoothening treatment from there and just after treatment within 3 days my mother noticed bald patches on my head at 2 places. when I touched the area I observed that I lost hair at that place with little remnants of hair( just like some one trimmed my hair at that place). I believe that during the use of hair straightener, the hairs of that area got burned. All these things are very disheartening, leaving me feeling frustrated and regretful for ever choosing them. It was my last visit to Lakme Agartala.

I had a very good experience in this saloon,all the staff were very polite and well trained, especially lymee was very sweet and well mannered,thank you for such cooperative and good service
