It's been a month I joined slim & fit and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment to cater to all fitness levels and goals. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to offer guidance and support. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming and supportive environment.

It's been 3 months that I joined in Slim & fit institute.. I had Fatty liver Grade 1 and I was so worried but with regular exercises and meditation I recovered from it. And I did my ultra sonography and the report is normal now.. Now my liver is normal . I am so happy... Thanks to Yogacharya Lipika Ma'am, Trainer Paramita di , as well as other trainers of this institute.. all of them are quite supportive.

One of the best fitness gym in Agartala.......I highly recommend all to give this place a try for weight loss or any kind of health issues.

My experience with Slim and fit has been and continues to be perfect. All the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable and they are ready to assist at all times. From Fat to Fit ... Journey .. I have Joined slim and fit In the month of January 2024.. And Its Almost End of April 2024 I have lost 6 kgs From 79 kgs to 73 kgs in 4 months and also I have recovered from Fatty liver stage 1 .. Thanks alot Slim n Fit Institute Agartala . . you people really have motivated me and help me to Transform from Fat to Fit within a couple of Months ...

I had problems like irregular periods, severe migrane but after 2 months of continue classes and Meditation in SLIM & FIT , my mensuration cycles are now normal, headaches are miraclessly gone.
