I had an amazing manicure and pedicure with the Bardha at Mermaid salon. She was friendly, accommodating and very skilled. Great value. She also kindly squeeze me in for an eyebrow threading treatment and I was very happy with the result. Will definitely be booking again!

I had an extremely distressing experience at this spa and would strongly advise others to stay away. I booked a massage via Treatwell, only to receive a cancellation notification after my appointment--despite having already paid in full. This was because the massage therapist finished the treatment early, as I was eventually told. However, the real issue was the treatment itself. The therapist ignored my repeated requests for lighter pressure, causing me significant discomfort. When my muscles cramped in response, she laughed at me, mimicked my pain, and openly complained which was beyond unprofessional. To make things worse, she abruptly left the room, yelling that she couldn't do her job properly, leaving me on my own in the therapy room. When I raised my concerns with management the next day, I was initially told that this was simply their normal treatment (which is deeply concerning). Only after pushing the issue further was I finally offered a full refund for the massage, but this should hav e been a given from the start. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service here is shocking. If you're looking for a relaxing and respectful experience, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Feliz removed my nail varnish that she had done last month. Care and attention was tantamount as always. She is so focused on what the individual customer needs and is very skilled at her job.

Had an amazing pregnancy massage with Feliz at 37 weeks - was so relaxing felt like I could melt into the bed! The whole experience was exactly what I needed - Feliz was super friendly and the massage was exactly the right level for my stage of pregnancy...couldn't recommend her enough!

(Summary: $200 refund never received and messages ignored) I gave this place many chances to redeem themselves to no avail. About a month ago I scheduled a couples massage for our honeymoon (we were traveling through multiple different countries). I found an available date and time on the scheduling website and scheduled an appointment. No problems there. I had to reschedule due to a flight delay. The website says you can reschedule penalty free prior to 3 hours before the appointment time. I rescheduled well over 5 hours before the original time for the following day. I thought it was strange that I never got a confirmation email, so I waited a few hours and after still not receiving one, I sent a message on their website asking to confirm the appointment. No response. We go there the next day and we're told that appointment was never scheduled. I guess even though that time was open and available on the website, it wasn't actually available. We were only in town for 2 days so we couldn't reschedule, so we asked for a refund. They said that would be fine and we were given the phone number to the owners. While we were reluctant the call at first since we're international (those calls cost money) we did, only to have them tell us it was the scheduling company that needed to issue the refund. We contacted that company, and they told us the owners were responsible for issuing the refund. We contacted them again. Nothing. I have sent no less than 10 emails and messages over the last 4 weeks and have not gotten a single response. I am still waiting for my almost $200 refund that I will probably never get back. My husband and I were so looking forward to our messages only to be told we wouldnt be receiving them or out money back. Be careful scheduling here, you'll waste your time and money!

WRITING ON BEHALF ON MUM IN LAW !! Would have put this at 0 stars but can't do that on here, terrible service, nail varnish kept peeling up and she had to keep redoing, filed into my skin from my pedicure and denied that she cut me. Was in there for roughly 2 hours for a mani and pedi and my toes were really sore after, I said I'm in pain yet she didn't apologise she just said no it's okay. Showed my friends at work and even they said they could have done that for free and way better. Will not be going back here and definitely do NOT recommend. The way they reply to these reviews are so informal and very rude no apology just denies on every bad review they get ! Will be sending this about.
